Bill Baldwin is a President of Baldwin Cox Allen, and founder of the agency. Under Bill’s leadership, Baldwin Cox Allen steadily expanded in offerings, revenue, and client base over the last 20+ years. Bill specializes in bonding and insurance for mid-size to large contractors. Prior to founding Baldwin Cox Agency in 1990, Bill worked at Alexander & Alexander as Sales Manager/Producer specializing in Bonding. He also has held management and underwriting positions for a large bonding company. Bill is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a major in math & a minor in French. In his spare time Bill enjoys spending time with his family (5 Grandchildren!) and friends, playing golf with his Saturday morning golf group, and traveling the country.
Brady Cox is one of the agency Presidents. He specializes in helping Contractors from start-ups to established companies increase their bonding capacity and secure more viable insurance programs. Brady believes in building strong relationships with his clients and the numerous markets that he deals with. Brady is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a double major in Business Management and Organizational Business Communication. Brady was at IBM prior to joining the agency in 2001. In his spare time, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and playing golf.
Brent Baldwin is an agency President. Brent works closely with his clients to provide the best insurance and bonding programs that the marketplace has to offer. He received his BBA from Baylor University in 1997. After graduation, he began work as a consultant developing insurance software for a large Carrier in the North East. He then spent 7 years working at JPMorgan in the Investor Services division prior to joining Baldwin-Cox Agency in 2006. In his free time, Brent enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, traveling, and grilling out on the patio!
Brock Baldwin is an agency President. Brock specializes in providing comprehensive commercial insurance and bonding programs to companies all across Texas. Brock works closely with all his clients to ensure they have the proper insurance coverage at the best price the industry has to offer. On bonding, Brock works with construction company owners and risk managers to counsel them on how best to manage and maximize their bonding programs. Brock is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a major in Computer Science. He spent 8 years working as a Software Engineer for Pegasus Solutions before joining the agency in 2006. In his spare time, Brock enjoys spending time with family and golfing!
Blaine Allen is an agency President that works with a wide array of clients providing unique and competitive bonding and insurance solutions. Blaine grew up in a family construction firm in East Texas and earned a finance degree in 2002 from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. He started his surety career in 2004 in Houston and moved to the Dallas area in 2005. Prior to joining Baldwin-Cox, Blaine was Regional Manager for a major surety in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, focusing on opportunities across TX, OK, AR and LA. His construction background and company underwriting experience give him a unique perspective on construction firm / surety company relationships. He is an active member of several industry organizations. In his free time, Blaine enjoys traveling with his wife, and fishing!
